Our honey ranges in color from very light to very dark. Our spring honey comes from the flower of the black locust tree and is the lightest honey. Our summer honey ranges from medium to dark depending on the location of the colonies and the flowers in the area. If you are ordering summer honey and you have a preference, let us know at the time of ordering.
